How do I access items restricted to LE and MIL?
For products restricted to law enforcement and military members, we require verification of active membership to a Canadian LE/MIL agency. You will be asked to verify your status during the checkout and/or account sign up areas of our web site. We review every order that is placed and may contact a customer for manual order verification or to solicit more information to ensure an order is legitimate and verifiable.Β Β
Are all items final sale?
Yes. To offer the lowest prices possible to our customers, we make all sales final. This minimizes the costs incurred from additional return shipping costs, materials, and time. However, if we make a mistake on your order, or your item is defective upon receipt, we will be happy to refund or exchange it. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This ensures fast and accurate processing of your return. Please fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization Form to receive a number. The RMA number will only be valid for 10 days, so please return your merchandise immediately. We process all returns within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned merchandise.Β
What is your US and International Shipping Policy?
At this time, Operator Outlet can only ship within Canada.Β
How long will it take for my item to arrive once it is shipped? Can I track my package?
The time in transit varies depending on the shipment service, the address you are shipping to, and other factors including weather. An automated email will be sent with a tracking/delivery confirmation number upon shipment. You can also view the status of any order from Your Account Page.Β
What is your Order Cancellation Policy?
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please sign into your member page and do so while the option is available. If the option is no longer available to cancel online, please call us so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.Β
