FAQ

What is your Payment Policy? 

When it comes to payment, we want everything to be 100% safe as well as convenient. We offer a wide variety of payment options so you can select the one that best meets your needs. We accept payments from a wide variety of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and others. 

 

Do you accept PayPal? 

Yes! To ensure speedy order processing, please make sure you are a verified member of PayPal, your shipping address is confirmed, and you meet and follow all the terms and conditions of PayPal. Certain items may be restricted by PayPal, Inc. and cannot be ordered using PayPal. If these restrictions apply, PayPal will not be an option at checkout. 

 

How do I access items restricted to LE and MIL? 

For products restricted to law enforcement and military members, we require verification of active membership to a Canadian LE/MIL agency. You will be asked to verify your status during the checkout and/or account sign up areas of our web site. We review every order that is placed and may contact a customer for manual order verification or to solicit more information to ensure an order is legitimate and verifiable.  

 

What is your Return Policy? 

Yes. To offer the lowest prices possible to our customers, we make all sales final. This minimizes the costs incurred from additional return shipping costs, materials, and time. However, if we make a mistake on your order, or your item is defective upon receipt, we will be happy to refund or exchange it. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This ensures fast and accurate processing of your return. Please fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization Form to receive a number. The RMA number will only be valid for 10 days, so please return your merchandise immediately. We process all returns within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned merchandise. 

 

What is your US and International Shipping Policy? 

At this time, Operator Outlet can only ship within Canada. 

 

How long will it take for my item to arrive once it is shipped? Can I track my package? 

The time in transit varies depending on the shipment service, the address you are shipping to, and other factors including weather. An automated email will be sent with a tracking/delivery confirmation number upon shipment. You can also view the status of any order from Your Account Page. 

 

What is your Sales Tax Policy? 

We collect sales tax based on province. 

 

What is your Order Cancellation Policy? 

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please sign into your member page and do so while the option is available. If the option is no longer available to cancel online, please call us so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. 

 

How do I track my order? 

An automated email is sent with a tracking/delivery confirmation number upon shipment. In addition, you can always check your account member page for the latest status of your order.
