$15 Flat-Rate Expedited Shipping does not include shipping to the Territories and shipping Oversized Items.  We may contact you should your shipment not apply.

Shipping

At Operator Outlet, Online Orders received by 3:00 pm MST during a regular business day ship out same day. Our packages are shipped via Canada Post and only to Canadian Addresses - we do not ship outside of Canada at this time. In addition, tracking info and signatures upon delivery is required on all outgoing shipments. 

Restrictions apply to Remote Locations and Air Only Destinations.  Please select the "Air Only" payment method and shipping option and we will contact you directly with a quotation and payment options within 24 hours during regular business days.

What is your Order Cancellation Policy? 

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please sign into your member page and do so while the option is available. If the option is no longer available to cancel online, please call us so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. 

 

How do I track my order? 

An automated email is sent with a tracking/delivery confirmation number upon shipment. In addition, you can always check your account member page for the latest status of your order.

 

What is your US and International Shipping Policy? 

At this time, Operator Outlet can only ship within Canada. 

 

How long will it take for my item to arrive once it is shipped? Can I track my package? 

The time in transit varies depending on the shipment service, the address you are shipping to, and other factors including weather. An automated email will be sent with a tracking/delivery confirmation number upon shipment. You can also view the status of any order from Your Account Page.
